: Planning permission to build flats at 156 Main Road granted on appeal, but
builder defaulted due to financial crisis. 23rd Finished charging for Saturdays
at house.

to divide house. On site til August. July 14th Finished Berties, 16th finished Wantz.
2011 :
March : Lee moved in. April : Jim Steadman moved out. 14th August, Colin (Trish's son) married
Megha. Went with Barbara. 22nd,
Glen moved in. December : Christmas in Benidorm with Barbara.
2012 : September, developed Tinnitus.

2013 :
21st July, I went to Trish's for dinner. Robert's 60th Birthday (I phoned him,
he'd been flying a plane - birthday present from Maria - in morning, then to
Lancaster hotel for evening meal)
June : Glen moved out,
gave his room to Sarah & Steve, to accommodate
baby Jack. 12th Sarah's baby, Jack, born. 30th had new
front door fitted, �1460.
Home for summer, then to Benidorm early September,
back home late November, and back to Benidorm early December. Christmas
in Benidorm.
2014 : New Year in Benidorm. Came home 18th
Feb, returned to Benidorm early March. Had "Back Sensations"
from mid April. Thought might be moles, or might be van at slight incline, so
leaning to left when playing keyboard - and constantly "straightening up".
Proped up one side of seat from late May. Some lessening of sensation. Returned
to Home 10th June. 16th June, still some back sensations, so went to
doctors, made appt for 23rd June. At appt, doctor assured me mole were
nothing to worry about, and absolutely harmless. Recording of consultation follows

returned to Benidorm via Plymouth/Santander. November, Colin came out for one
week. I spent Christmas
& New Year in Benidorm, met Jan 30th Dec.
2015 : February, bought Hobby Landhaus Caravan.
Went home to sell Laika Motorhome (via auction, got �14,000). 24th
February, bought Ford Transit Camber (2.3 petrol/LPG) for �12,500 from
Glossop Caravans, 17th March campervan
delivered. March got ferry to Calais,
arrived Benidorm 19th March, midnight,
went in R&R House for drink with Colin. Saturday 21st March Colin went home. Jan
came out 12th May til 20th.
Thursday 9th July back home again. 4th August bought Yamaha P-255 Stage Piano. Sunday 16th August went to visit Trish, had
dinner there. 25th
August loaded Windows 10 on to laptop. 1st September got ferry Portsmouth
to Santander, 3rd Sept arrived Raco Camp Site. 3rd November Started taking
tablets on odd days of month. 14th December got ferry Santander to Portsmouth
- home on 15th. Had camper MOT'd by Allen & Hall, Bernard Road, Romford on December 17th.
2016 Back in Benidorm early January. Jan was there mid month, but no contact. February JoAnne (Trish's daughter) engaged to Terry. Jan back around March, had several chats. Home early July, back in Benidorm early September. Home again late November, back to Benidorm for Christmas.
2017 : January, Big storm with 24 hour thunder & lightning, very high winds and Hailstones. Kitchen tent destroyed. Message from Steve saying he's leaving 158. Paid £600 rent this month. Jan here (Benidorm) late January with friend, she now in relationship. February : Colin down for a week early Feb (he was with Sarah for short spell). I Flew home 8th March to Southend Airport, returned to Benidorm 1 week later. Ferry home 3rd July, Got new glasses from Specsavers. Ferry back to Benidorm from Plymouth 27th August. Eric Gold died early September. Home for .6th December, back in Benidorm 21st December.
2018 : 30th May, back home to evict Lee Stanley. Returned to Benidorm 5-7th June (drove through France). Back home 23rd June (early, for Lee's court case - it was thrown out). Returned to Benidorm 29th August) Dartford Crossing shut, so used A406/A205 - only 97 miles !). Back to England for most of December, returned to Benidorm 23rd Dec.
2019 : Flew home early May for "Peter the Painters" funeral (he sadly died of pancreatic cancer). Return to Benidorm 21st May. Back to England early July. Robert diagnosed with Lung Cancer late July. Went home through France Tues 15th October, arrive 17th. Visited Robert in hospital Friday 18th, took him outside for tea & ciggy. Sunday 20th October Robert died 7am approximately. Back to Benidorm early December, all bars closed for hols, except Sinatra's.
2020: In Benidorm. March 2020 Pandemic ! Corona Virus sweeping the world. Spain closed all bars, restaurants, from 13th March. Left Benidorm 20th March, caught ferry from Calais, France, 11pm 21st March, home 2.30am. All bars closed in England from that evening. Country in Lockdown. Eased 4th July, bars and restaurants and non essential shops allowed to open. 24th September bars must be closed by 10pm ! Back to Benidorm 14th October. Bars open, midnight curfew. More retrictions Christmas & New Year.
2021: January, all bars closed. Evenings in caravan. Back to England 3rd April. All bars closed. Re-opened 12th April but only outside. Ship had big rear tent, but sometimes closing very early (9.30ish). Clive died about 16th April (son Michael, and wife Jean).
